Check out the Canon VB-C10 Cams pan tilt zoom.

wirelesscam.com sells them, so does nuspectra.com


The quality on the dlink camera was really bad.  You're
probably better
off with an Axis or Panasonic webcam with a ethernet ->
802.11b 
converter.
