If you *sell* equipment in the European Community, it must be CE
marked. This covers everything from safety against electric shock to
radio frequency licensing. Plenty of companies can help you with
this, use Google, http://www.google.com/search?q=CE-mark
Also ETS300/328 if it's 2.4GHz wireless used under the class license.
