I think your neighbor can use a BEF for his house and a WAP11 in client mode
to connect to your BEF. The BEF and WAP11 at your neighbor would be
connected to each other using a cross over CAT5 cable. I have
WAP11-WAP11-BEF setups but I think BEF-WAP11-BEF should also work.
