Depends totally on your budget.

However before I go into that, mind if I ask why you need an access point connected to the router aswell as one in the attic?

What are your intentions?

Subject: [BAWUG] WAP/Bridge Recommendation?

At this big house where were installing the WLAN, weve decided to go with somebody else besides Linksys. We need two access points, one of which will be connected to a router. But we cant connect the second access point via Ethernet we have to bridge to it wirelessly (theres no attic space for wires). So, any recommendations on a good brand access point? And can an AP act as an access point and bridge to another AP at the same time?

Thanks!!
