Cisco Aironet APs do exactly what you're looking for, they're extremely
reliable, and they're easy to manage.  On top of that, they're security
features are tops.  I've used them in several installations just as you
described.

Disclaimer (sort of): I used to work at Cisco.  I don't work there any
longer, but I'm still very satisfied with their gear.
