That would work fine - WAP-11 in bridge mode in two locations.
Probably cheaper if you use a pair of WET-11 instead of WAP.
we were playing something like
lnet1<--><cisco 2514 >---<wet-11> <---{cloud 10.12.44.xx) <-->
<wet-11><--><Cisco 2514><--->lnet2
cisco 2514 has dual ethernets so you can route between local net and the
cloud using the wet-11 as an ethernet modem.
