Note he said 200 feet and clear shot.

I'd think a AP in the window on his end  and a wet11 in the window on the
other end would do just fine. No cable, no antennas(other then the ones
provided) and just a wall wart and some RJ-45 ethernet cable.

'Course, if you want to make a big project out of it you can, but sometimes
things are easy.
