Adam/Bruce/Roger/Terry/Matt,

The subject line says it all... (Let me try to be tactful...)

Oh hell no, this sh*t needs to stop right here! (So much for me being
tactful...)

I've tried to mull over this for the past few hours...

<STANDING UP ON THE SOAPBOX>

<FLAME MODE ON>

Do you realize the Seattle Wireless guys just got hi-jacked? This prick
(Poko) decided to steal their name, and is now posting crap on several
of the free wireless boards... (claiming to be Seattle Wireless). Well,
at first, I thought I was making "corrections", but now it has been
turning out to be "stomping out the fires". This ass-munch has been
posting EVERYWHERE! (claiming to be "Seattle Wireless").

At first I was like "huh"? We're nationwide, but since when is Seattle
Wireless nationwide? So I started reading about it, then I realized...
some prick is using Seattle Wireless's NAME!

He tried Slashdot, netstumbler, etc.

Someone may want to "accidentally" throw a brick through someone else's
window... <Whistling> Maybe old "Pano Kroko", (CEO of Seattle Wireless)
wouldn't think it's so funny then to capitalize on the work of the FREE
wireless networks, and turn around and hi-jack a domain name (just to
make a few bucks). He's not even setting up his own nodes, that's what
kills me! He's another one of those BOINGO freaks, that tries to get
people to "volunteer" their nodes, so HE can make a buck! <SIGH>
Sickening.

Well just wanted to make sure that EVERYONE was aware of it. It might
be time for a few guys to hop in a car (wear black clothes and
sunglasses), and do some "war driving". Maybe swing by old Pano's
house... and maybe have a nice "talk" with him.

Maybe stuff him in the trunk of a car, and show him all the "local
nodes" that are especially close to the local beach. Take him on a nice
tour of the ocean front... **COUGH** think swimming **COUGH**

Actually, you really don't want people to get the wrong idea (like we're
trying to kidnap him), you may just want to attach a rope to him, and
kinda drag him behind the car... (kinda use him as a street cleaner,
again another "kind service" from Seattle Wireless.*NET* group).

Maybe cover him with bumperstickers, and we'll string him up from the
ceiling, and use him as a piniata? Let all the local kids get 3 swings
with a stick, and they get to keep any candy, or lose change that falls
out of his pockets? (Think "charity work")

Old "Poko Pano Kroko Sabano" wants to be a "wise guy" huh? If he ever
comes to Chicago... we'll handle the "business" around here. I'll have
a couple NexTECH Wireless guys greet him at the airport. Take him on a
tour of the city. We'll personally show him each and EVERY node (and
make sure the streets get cleaned in the process).

If you got any PR people, you may want to get this out to some of the
other locals, just so old "Pano Kroko" is not dragging the REAL Seattle
Wireless's *DOT NET* name through the mud.

              Best regards,

                 Mark

www.nextechwireless.net

P.S. For everyone that is "confused", please understand that the REAL
Seattle Wireless is www.seattlewireless.net (DOT NET, not DOT COM). We
are in no way bashing the REAL Seattle Wireless group. Matt, and the
Seattle Wireless guys, are a great bunch of guys. We're just pointing
out that this Poko guy just decided to try and capitalize on the
Seattlewireless.net, and decided to try posting to several of the free
network boards (as a representative of "Seattle Wireless" kinda
deceiving if you ask me...)

P.S.S. In no way, shape, or form am I condoning any physical violence...
but I do think that EVERYONE should be able to "tread water" for at
least 45 minutes (with a boat anchor above their head), without
drowning. (Those guys in Brooklyn know what I'm talking about...) It
would be good to make sure that Poko is "properly trained", and
certified. I would be more than happy to sign him up for a special
"water safety" course.

<FLAME MODE OFF>

P.S. I apologize, I'll try to work on my "tact", (my 10 years in the
military kinda shines through at times) but I still think old Poko needs
some good "water training" to wake him up. 200 pennies in a sock, works
nicely as well. (Oh heck, throw a 6 pack of beer in a pillow case, give
it a couple good twists... and that works GREAT for a beat down!) It
also gives you something to drink afterwards. It's the military version
of a "champagne room".

(There goes my chances of ever being president...)
