That Orinoco connector has a limited lifespan of cycles, that's why I used the tape- because I don't intend to plug and unplug it.
You haven't lived until you accidentally stress that connection and pull it out at an angle, destroying the plug and jack in the process.
I'd be concerned that the binder clip might hold a bit too loosely- but I am going to try one and see how it works. Might be good for temporary.


With Orinoco cards for 30.00 new nowadays, it is worth dedicating one.
