That was a joke :-) In the "real" Internet, IANA delegates big blocks (/8s) to the RIRs (ARIN, RIPE, APNIC...), who delegate mid-size blocks (/18 to /14s) to the LIRs (ISPs), who delegate small blocks (/28s to /20s) to customers (companies, small ISPs...) who delegate IP addresses to end-users.


So given that there is WIANA, I thought there would be WRIRs, WLIRs, etc :-)
