SHHHHHHH!!!!! Your not supposed to advertise these things....  Just get you a wireless 
card and see if you can connect.
I'm sure it's DHCP if it is a Public Hotspot.  Notice that they are commonly known as 
PUBLIC Hotspots.  Those who go by the book are those who live another persons life.  
Just keep it on the down-low.

I had the same problem with a WAP11.  You just have to play around with the firmware 
versions.
It's mainly trial and error.  Just test some different ones out and see if any of them 
work.
