Assuming cable loss, lightning protectors, pigtail, 15dB radio, 15dB
antenna - I would guess your output would be around 27.4dB. In the UK
max output is 20dB (100mW) - you are outputting nearly 550mW so you are
5.5 times over the legal output limit.

If you do not have any long coax runs (ie just a pigtail, no lightning
protector, etc) then you are probably outputting nearer 30dB (1W) - 10
times legal output limit.
