Hello, About 9 mo. ago I set up a WET11 (v1.2) for a friend and I also used it for awhile. It had a built in sniffer and screen that showed you the AP's and signal strength.
I just bought a new WET11(v1.3) for myself and it's working fine. But, this software v1.3 doesn't seem to have that built in sniffer like v1.2. I've looked at all the screens and it just has a status page that shows the AP I am connected to. So, my questions are: (Currently my OS is win98se) 1- Is there a hidden screen/url sniffer in v1.3 that shows the AP's/signal strength in the area? Am I overlooking something or having a duh moment? 2- Is there a sniffer that works with a WET11? (I have netstumbler but I was just told that it is not ethernet compatible. Before when I launch it, it says "no card found" when I have a solid internet connection and I can't find anywhere to set netstumbler to ethernet.) Thanks... very much in advance for any help.
