Its not, but in a perverse sort of way, it is also justice. Don't get me wrong, I think WISP's provide a great service, but so many of them are RF ignorant. This kind of stuff is RF101, and for someone running a business, there is no excuse to be ignorant about the technology you use. Any WISP that is not asking for frequency protection on the rooftop they are on, is doing a dis-service to their customer base.
