selling local parts here in the bay area. I agree with you nobody is
stocking the stuff locally.

I spent considerable time searching for a retail shop in the bay area
which stocks this sort of gear and came up empty handed. I even went
all the way to Oakland to check out one of the radio shops, and
discovered that they only deal with UHF and VHF gear for 'real' radio
applications.
