Your AP350-series can act as a Root bridge automaticaly.
Radio Cell Roles are established under the "AP Radio Advanced" setup menu, where you 
can change
your AP to be:
a) Access Point/Root (default)
b) Client/Non-Root (what your second AP would be in your case)
c) Repeater/Non-Root
You can also use workgroup bridges to associate/authenticate (LEAP) with your existing 
AP352
