I don't think you will be able to use either the Snow or Graphite Airport Basestation as wireless-to-ethernet bridges to one another. If you had two Airport Extreme Basestations, the situation would be different. AEBS support WDS-bridging which will definitely do what you are looking for. Of course the AEBS are a little pricey at $200 each.
For a compatible and identical solution, you might try the Buffalo WBR-G54. They support the same WDS-bridging protocol and also have a built-in 4-port switch on the back. You can do simple wired and wireless AP routing, wireless-to-ethernet bridging, as well as single radio repeating with this unit. Best of all, you can find these units for about $75 at CompUSA, Dell, etc. They were actually on sale a couple of weeks ago at Compusa for a final price of $55 or something insane like that.
