Have you ever *done* end-user helpdesk?

It's mostly a case of expectation management: if you're charging them
*anything*, then you have to precisely define what you will and won't
do for them before they sign up, so they don't feel like you're selling
them a pig in a poke.

The smarter a neighborhood (technically) that you live in, the
easier it will be.  If you *know* who the geeks are, start their.

And look into books on forming co-ops, which is essentially what you're
doing.  They're a legal entity, and you can get breaks on some stuff.
