billpay is pretty easy actually:
for a coop of 20 or so folks I used paypal subscription payment.
real easy.
you pay ~3 percent, but it's totally worth it.
all you have to worry about is if everyone you are servicing is signed up.
I made people pay quarterly.
that's it.
paypal even gives you an easy top read web page so you can track everything.
also: if you ever decomission: make sure they cancel.
those refund charges can get annoying.
