[BAWUG] POP Locations?

Contemplating the thought of starting a WISP in my county (Indiana), however I was told today that about 96% is broadband enabled via cable and/or dsl.  My question is whether Verizon/Sprint/SBC (or any other private database) has public info regarding POP locations so I can determine the validity of this percentage.  Any information would be very helpful in determining whether or not to packup shop and move business to the next county.
