If you read the doc on this card is says:
RF Output Power: 24.8 dBm Typical 2dBm
24.8 dBm - 2 dBm = 22.8 dBm = 190.5mw
This is nothing more than your regular 200mw Prism 2.5 card.
Odds are that they are just full of it. I don't think the FCC would
approve
300mw in a PCMCIA card because it is usually too close to a human's body
when in a laptop
but you can't ever tell about the Financially Convinced Consortium.

The Zcomax homepage (http://www.zcomax.com/) now shows a 300mw 802.11b
Prism 2.5 PCMCIA card (XI-325HP2) as well as a 300mw 802.11b
AP/Bridge/Client device (XI-1500HP2).

Has anybody used these devices?

Thanks,
  -Lee
