What a *great* way for a sysadmin to start a Thursday morning. I've neither used a sledge hammer nor a small lead projectile, but I've been tempted. I've heard of corporations sending groups out to "Team Building" exercises (drumming circles, motivational speakers, etc). Perhaps the Firing Range is more appropriate for IT departments. :^)
