**Research, Policy, and Practice Presentations - Exhibitions and Demos**

The EURO mGov 2005 brings together Academia, IT and Telecom Industry, and
Government  Agencies to be a forum for discussions on all aspects of
e-government, mobile business and mobile technologies: The Transition from
e-government to m-government.

You are invited to organize a TUTORIAL at the EURO mGov related to
foundations  of mobile  government. A Tutorial may be on any foundational
topic relevant to mobile government, which helps novice attendees to have
introductory knowledge in the area. Possible tutorial themes include
foundational  topics related to mobile government, e-government, mobile
business, mobile technologies, impact on the government organizations or the
society. A list of possible topics that EURO mGOV covers may be found on the
conference web site at

All tutorials will be a half day tutorial: 2 to 3 hrs. Please send a short
proposal (an A4 page) to the EURO mGov 2005 indicating the followings:

* A title of the proposed tutorial,
* contact details of the tutorial presenter(s),
* a brief description and significance of the session for the m-government
community,
potential contributors and the audience, and
* a brief bio of the presenter(s).

** Where to send? **     conference secretariat (please indicate "proposal
for tutorial" in your e-mail)
** When to send? **       as soon as possible but no later than Feb, 25,
2005.

The program chairs will evaluate all proposals as they arrive and the
results will be sent
out soon after the deadline with the instructions for organizing tutorials.
