The Deadline to submit the MANDANTORY FCC
broadband reporting form 477 is September 1st. http://www.fcc.gov/broadband/data.html The form can be downloaded at: http://www.fcc.gov/formpage.html#477 The Report and Order dated 11/04 is found at: http://hraunfoss.fcc.gov/edocs_public/attachmatch/FCC-04-266A1.pdf Fines can be assessed to anyone who provides
broadband services and does not submit this form. Don’t procrastinate any longer, it may take one of
your employees several days to complete the form the first time they do
it. We completed it in March so
