This effort is being sponsored by Tiffany, here at OregonFAST.net and

So far a well to do older widow, who wants to remain anonymous has
pledged a sizable donation.
I realize this is not a direct wispa contribution, but it is from a
fellow wispa member.
So maybe you can find a deserving sister city that we can recommend to
the powers that be.
