I thought that might be you. I talked to RCom today and they said that had
a good consultant out of Scotts Bluff. The guy I talked to had some great
things to say about your advice thus far.
So, tell me, did I miss something on the initial design, or did they just
outgrow the first deployment phase and didn't keep up with the needs of the
network as it grew?
