I think that because Sprint owns the wire plant in your case, they have to charge it

I thought the cases where they could drop those other charges were where your dsl provider's just providing dsl on a copper loop without phone service whatsoever...


I keep hearing that you do NOT have to pay and have 'Interstate Access' on your local lines, that you can just have local service. Sprint is charging me $15.99 a month and I never have toll charges-basically just have DSL and another inbound line for work. [And no, Rick cant service me wirelessly] Sprint says it is mandatory but I never believe what they say. Any one know for a fact what the real answer is? Walter W. Stumpf Jr.
