vtiger and sugarcrm are the best i've seen .. also looked at tinycrm, and maybe there's something there but it seems pretty rough. i might pull something out of it for integration with Plone, though, since both are python. and re: Plone, I recently read a blog about some integration with salesforce.com, which might be really nice.
