The bigger issue is wether the barn is high enough for being a cell site.
If the Barn is up on high ground elevations, it might be OK.

Remember the freznel zone needs to be above the tree line for the LOS freqs.

I can tell you that I get nad reflections of regular roofs in many cases when using less than 5 feet, wich is why we have a minimum 5ft mount height when we use non-penetrating mounts. So you ar elikely to get harmful reflection off the metal roof. The onlty fix is to keep going higher, or position antenna at the edges with sectorized antennas
