proceeding and right now am writing part of the comments of the special access
coalition (check out our Sept. 22 filing in 06-74 where we proposed numerous
conditions). I'd be happy to discuss this proceeding (including the 2.5

) with you or anyone writing for WISPA. I'd consider it a pro bono
activity, since I generally agree with your view of the merger.
