Depends on who you ask. The comp sci answer is:
1GB = 1024*1024*1024 bytes == 1073741824

Of course the harddrive manufactures will tell you that 1GB is 1000000000 bytes

Hi All,

We get an ip usage accounting file sent to us once per month. The numbers are huge. What is the formula to convert bits to GB?
