Carl, I'll be glad to help, but I need more information. What controller do you have? What amp/hour capacity batteries do you have? The CCA (cranking amps) is not at all relative to the amp/hour capacity. The marine batteries are around 100 to 115 amp/hour at most.
It sounds like nowhere near enough panels or batteries.
