I just downloaded and installed this bandwidthmeter program on a FreeBSD/Apache box and ran it using FireFox and IE. Although the program looks good and and some really cool features, it is still kind of buggy. I'd hold off on using it until it is cleaned up a tad.

You can run something like Qcheck (google that one) or use Mikrotik's bandwidth tester (there is a windows client). If you are looking for a "fancy" version, you can license the one from http://www.ookla.com/speedtest/. That's a pretty expensive option, though. -- Butch Evans Network Engineering and Security Consulting 573-276-2879 http://www.butchevans.com/ My calendar: http://tinyurl.com/y24ad6 Training Partners: http://tinyurl.com/smfkf Mikrotik Certified Consultant http://www.mikrotik.com/consultants.html -- WISPA Wireless List: [email protected] Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo/wireless Archives: http://lists.wispa.org/pipermail/wireless/ __________ NOD32 1.1800 (20061012) Information __________ This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system. http://www.eset.com -- WISPA Wireless List: [email protected] Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo/wireless Archives: http://lists.wispa.org/pipermail/wireless/
