Marlon,
I have the paragraph you referred to below. It says that the city is
going to conduct a feasibility study to see if it was possible for the
city to pay for and run the network. It does not say the city has funded
any network what so ever.
"The Budget Analyst’s Office has been directed by the Board of
Supervisors to conduct an
analysis of a Citywide municipally-owned wireless broadband network to
determine whether it is
fiscally feasible for the City and County of San Francisco to own and
operate its own wireless
broadband network (Motion MO6-0109)."
I would encourage you to stop making statements that are not true
because you don't have time to read the whole report and/or don't fully
understand what has been written.
Regards,
Dawn DiPietro

First page, first paragraph.
No I've not read the whole thing yet. I've got family and customers to
take care of first. I'm also working on the next wisp fcc meetings.
Working on getting a meeting with the broadband group at the ftc and
talking to the fbi about calea (more on that in another email).
I dig into the things I can't change when there's time between the
things that I can.

Marlon,
You mean to tell me you read this report and that was the only
comment you could come with?
Please point out where you got the idea that the city of San
Francisco was paying for this network.

Dawn DiPietro
