I was honestly not sure what he was saying. For all I know he was saying these are available in legal form at this price. I have heard they are out there and that there are two which have been certified for legal use in the Us but nobody has ever said what brand they are, who sells them, what they cost, etc.. I was not insinuating anything. Just curious what he was saying here.
