**FYI - A reminder to people out there interested in starting a noncommercial radio station (for whatever reason), applications must be recieved between Oct 12 and Oct 19, 2007, and the application itself costs nothing... I have kicked around the idea of starting a radio station, but am unsure what you meant by "non commercial" station. Does this mean you can't get paid for advertising?
