Our fire department was just asking for the city to find funds to buy a ladder truck. We don't have one and can't afford one. So we don't allow many 3 story buildings to be built unless they have a sprinkler system.
It's funny a wisp has one and my town can't afford one. If I hit the lottery, maybe I'll buy them one of ebay!
