I have a 133 that loses 50% of its throughput at 8 Mb/S And it is only being used as a hotspot router with one user. In circuit, throughput is 4. With it out of circuit, throughput goes up to 8. This is a plain routerboard, 2.9.44 with no radios in the loop at all. I'm thinking the 133 is about like a Linksys or other low duty device.

You will NOT get 12meg-15meg.... We have a 133 in place that is at 100% CPU utilization at 6meg with very very little else going on other then traffic.
