Plumbing supply store. Buy a coupling the right size and type. I should say, not all vent pipe mounts need the vent extended. And sometimes, we can slip the cat 5 cable under the roof jack and into the attic. I wouldn't be adding 5' of vent pipe myself, maybe a couple feet at most.
