No paging provider has nationwide coverage. None.
Insofar as a provider there in the MD area, there is TWR that covers lots of rural MD, http://www.twrcommunications.com/paging/coverage/ http://www.usamobility.com/ is still out there also. Paging sadly is dying. Don't take your organs to heaven, heaven knows we need them down here!
