Travis, If they are using Cisco Routers you can use ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer. It provides source and destination info along with traffic info (utilization, speed, packets, volume, etc.) There is nothing to change on the client or server side, other than configure the router to send the info. to the monitoring host. They have a free demo, and it's free to monitor one device, runs on a windows box. Check it out and see if it will fit the bill.
