We don't need an executive director until we decide to put on our own show....
We need a part time secretary. $10 to $15 per hour, 20 hours per week, work from home. Jsut someone to keep track of projects, type letters etc. I still think dues should be based on customer base. If you have 100 subs you'll pay $100 per year. $400 subs, 400. 10,000 subs......
