How do you disable Noise Immunity, just by setting it from Automatic to Manual? Do the other settings need to be adjusted as well or just left at their defaults. Can anybody explain the benefit from turning this off. Sorry for all the questions, just want to learn more about the pros/cons before messing with it.

Also definitely turn off noise immunity.
