What is the SNR reported at the AP in the MT box? If you are running a XR2 in the MT AP and have a CPQ19 as a CPE and do not have a signal level being reported of at least a -84/-83 in the CPQ - - you may see some strange issues. I have seen many CPQ (when connected to a XR2) whose signal level was at -85 that exhibited weirdness.
