  You may have already stated this, but what is the RSSI reported in the
TRCPQ19? What is the SNR reported at the AP in the MT box? If you are
running a XR2 in the MT AP and have a CPQ19 as a CPE and do not have a
signal level being reported of at least  a -84/-83 in the CPQ - - you
may
see some strange issues. 

   I have seen many CPQ (when connected to a XR2) whose signal level was
at
-85 that exhibited weirdness.
