It is on v 3.15 there is no unusual disassociation. The issue is very
intermittent and lasts anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 min.  These 2
clients are now to the place that they keep a small ping going to my DNS
when the pings go out they just wait until they come back.  (sad) good
thing they are patient.  I am not mangling the packets I any way it is a
straight through Masqueraded Nat.

If you are running a RouterOS version <3.15, try upgrading.  That 
has fixed similar situations.  If you are able to watch the tower, 
when this happens, look at the log to see if clients are 
disconnecting en masse and then almost immediately reconnecting.  If 
so, the upgrade should help.  If not, then my question would be how 
long does this problem last?  Are they losing connectivity for 
seconds or minutes?
