With my consumer hat on I don't care if it is streaming or not really - they both of their small ups and downs. If I have to pay for storage it would bother me but I got the feeling they'll provide you with a unit that does the storage.
With my WISP hat on I would prefer people to store the data as it could only cut down on bandwidth usage, of course.
