We use Handy Backup as well (on the client side). Then we setup a Linux
FTP server in our NOC (total cost for 1u server with RAID 0 drives was
less than $500) and we installed Webmin so anyone can add users to the
box with a simple web interface. Handy Backup allows you to use FTP for the backups, so that's what the clients do.
