The big problem here is not the streaming. Its the offering of "HD" movies for streaming.
There are going to be a lot of disapointed people when they learn there crhitmas gift can deliver them the same quality HD that they are used to, because oversubscription rates on their Broadband connections. I would argue that those that do not address Movie streaming and HD on their Acceptable Use Policy, probably aught to do it soon. Or atleast post an official comment to subscribers.
