I am looking for a solid solution for a site power backup and monitoring. It would be nice to put together a parts list and application notes. These are the points I came up with.
1. A good resilient Charger 2. Monitoring of AC power (on/off state, and maybe voltage too) 3. Monitor battery health 4. How to protection power supply, batteries and monitoring device from AC damages fluctuations and lightning storms.
