And does he want 100Mb full duplex or aggregate? Motorola Orthogon radios (specifically the PtP 500 Full) hits 105Mbps aggregate... that could be a real winner.
100Mb full duplex would be Dragonwave... 24Ghz could be a nice solution so they don't have to worry about the license. If he wants 1Gbps he could look at Bridgwave... but those links are not cheap.
